About Us
The FulMarxx Story | Our growth from a campus start-up to a reputed international filmed entertainment brand
In 2007, gathering numerous reels of hope and self-belief, MICA alumnus and media entrepreneur Shiladitya Bora plunged into the industry with an idea: FulMarxx. Wanting to bridge the sprawling gap between the feature and short film industry, FulMarxx launched it’s first-ever and India’s largest short film festival, FulMarxx Shorts Fest in April 2008. Proving to be a colossal success, in little more than a year, FulMarxx widened its horizons by evolving into a ‘new model’ integrated film and entertainment company, branching out to diverse fields such as motion pictures, entertainment marketing and a short film festival with robust worldwide distribution capabilities. The company, headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat takes pride in associating itself with its following brands:

Mission Statement

At FulMarxx, creativity flows freely, without boundaries or limits. The company strives to produce, market and promote extensively researched films, backed by powerful storylines, irrespective of the genre, language or format. This approach not only provides a professional springboard to the cast and crew, but also ensures commensurate returns to investors and profit participants.

Vision Statement

To be the pre-eminent global integrated filmed entertainment company

Philosophy

Powerful Cinema is one that acquaints, sensitizes and mobilizes society towards issues that engulf common people, simultaneously keeping in mind their respective beliefs and values. In order to create such a cinema, the filmmaker captures society the way he/she perceives it, while we convert these ideas into consumer-focused filmed entertainment, marketing each as a brand.

Ideas are not monopolies, hence at FulMarxx, we believe in honouring the three most essential determinants: People, Passion and Perseverance. We think big, fast and ahead because ultimately, only raging ambitions and heady initiatives triumph.

The FulMarxx Motivation Mantra

“Every individual carries his own baggage of identities and idiosyncrasies. No matter how different you are and how you perceive the world, if you strongly believe in what you do and have passion for your work, success can never elude you.” With these words, FulMarxx has evolved from being an idea for a campus start-up company to one of international repute.
